By accepting this copy of the waiver form, the Guest/Client acknowledges that physical injury and death are risks inherent in this event and assumes such risks. The Guest/Client represents that they are capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, of undertaking this event. They agree not to claim against Diamond Parks Pvt Ltd for injury, damages, or losses other than those arising from negligent acts or omissions of Diamond Parks Pvt Ltd, its employees, students, and agents. In case of injury, the Guest/Client consents to emergency medical treatment at their own expense.

Waiver of Liability Agreement

Terms & Conditions

1. Visitors should park their vehicles in designated parking areas.
2. Follow the rules for the usage of the rides and activities to avoid accidents or injury.
3. No outside food/beverages are allowed inside the park (special baby food, Makhana, Dal khichdi, teething stick, lentils & peas, kheer, fruits are allowed).
4. Appropriate swimwear is a must for Water Park activities (Nylon, Lycra, or Synthetic swimwear only).
5. Socks are mandatory for kids availing the Hop-a-little facility.
6. Lockers are available on a rental basis inside the park.
7. Do not leave valuables unattended. Diamond Parks is not responsible for loss, damages, or theft. Avoid wearing jewellery during water activities.
8. Costumes and socks are available for sale inside the park.
9. Do not carry sharp items (knives, cutters, scissors, etc.) inside the park.
10. Guests with medical conditions are recommended to skip some slides/pools irrespective of their physical activity.
11. Supervise your children and arrange a meeting place in case of separation.
12. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Pune courts.
13. Refund Policy – No refunds under any circumstances. All payments are irrevocable, non-refundable, and non-creditable.
14. Passes sold on www.diamondparks.com cannot be cancelled, transferred, or postponed.
15. Diamond Parks does not assume responsibility for any payment issues arising from exceeding bank limits or transaction failures.
16. Customers agree to receive communication from Diamond Parks Pvt Ltd.
17. Diamond Parks may change park hours, close attractions, restrict access, or suspend entertainment programs for safety, security, or operational reasons.
18. Diamond Parks reserves the right to refuse admission or require a person to leave the facility for unsafe, illegal, or offensive behaviour.
19. Diamond Parks may introduce differential pricing and refuse special discounts.
20. Diamond Parks is not liable for any damage, injury, or death arising from use of facilities.
21. Guests causing damage to property due to negligence may be held liable.
22. Birthday offers are valid on the birthday, with a minimum of 5 ticket purchases.
23. Senior citizens must present Aadhar card or valid ID for offers.

Clothing Rules at Water Park

• Swimwear and costumes are available for purchase at the Park.
• No swimwear rentals to maintain hygiene.
• Only Nylon, Lycra, or Synthetic clothing allowed on slides and attractions.
• No jewellery allowed on slides or attractions.

Swimwear Policy

• Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times; inappropriate attire may require you to leave.
• Swimwear is for purchase only; rentals not allowed.
• Only Lycra or Nylon swimwear is allowed.
• Clothing must not indecently expose the body or display offensive content.
• Regular diapers are not permitted; swim diapers available for purchase.
• Management has final authority on suitable attire for park entry and attractions.

Inappropriate Swimwear

• Transparent bathing suits, street clothes, long flowing clothing, scarves, sarees, underwear.
• Shorts with protruding designs, rivets, wetsuits.
• Long necklaces, jewellery, chains.
• Swimsuits with metal buttons, zippers, buckles, or snaps.
• Any clothing/accessory that may damage slides.
• Management has final authority on suitable attire.

Restricted Items

• Weapons, sharp objects, explosives, fireworks, hazardous chemicals.
• Outside food/beverages, glass containers (except baby food).
• Drugs, alcoholic beverages, pets (except service animals).
• Smoking in non-designated areas.
• Diving, running, intoxication, fighting, abusive language.
• Sexual harassment or misconduct.
• Regular diapers in pools; swim diapers must be used.

Rules & Regulations

• Children below 2.5 feet: free entry; Hop-a-Little charged as per plan.
• Children 2.5–4 feet: child ticket required.
• Above 4 feet: adult charge.
• Cannot combine with other offers.
• Valid ID proof required.
• Shoes compulsory for adventure activities.
• Swimming costumes required for water activities.

General Guidelines

• Follow ride restrictions and staff directions.
• Guests with medical conditions should skip certain slides.
• Water rides involve physical activity and risk of injury.
• No unruly behavior or horseplay.
• Appropriate swimwear required; management decides suitability.
• No sunglasses or prescription lenses on rides.
• Supervise children; designate meeting place.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Photography may be restricted.
• Smoking in designated areas only.
• Lockers available; do not leave valuables unattended.
• Full-body swimsuits allowed; bare body or V-trunk attire prohibited.

Hop-A-Little Rules & Regulations

1. Shoes not allowed; socks required. Available for purchase.
2. No refunds or session changes after billing.
3. No wet clothing allowed in play area.
4. Extra charges for overtime sessions.
5. One session = one entry/exit; multiple entries with Day Pass.
6. Encourage restroom use before entry.
7. No food, drinks, valuables, or sharp objects allowed.
8. Children 1–12 years, max height 152cm allowed.
9. Play supervisors ensure safety.
10. Adult mandatory for children under 3 years.
11. Misbehaving, injured, or unhealthy children may be denied entry.
12. High hygiene standards maintained; cooperation expected.
13. Diamond Parks not responsible for injury or damage to personal items.
14. Parental supervision mandatory.
15. Management may refuse entry for non-compliance.

Diamond Parks Disclaimer

1. Park hours, attractions, and events may change without notice for safety or operational reasons.
2. Diamond Parks may refuse admission or remove guests for safety or operational concerns.
3. Diamond Parks not responsible for injury, loss, or damage.
4. Guests may be held liable for damage caused by negligence or rule violations.

1. Diamond Parks implements stringent security measures for user data.
2. Secure servers and strict internal protocols in place.
3. Data transmitted via SSL encryption.
4. Users must report any security breaches.
5. No absolute guarantee of data security; Diamond Parks not liable for unauthorized access or events.
