Terms and Conditions – 

1. Tickets are non-transferable, non-returnable, and non-replaceable.

2. Only one ticket, one entry per person, is allowed. Re-entry on the same ticket is not allowed.

3. Any other offer/coupon will not be applicable on Lai Bhari – Biggest Holi Party.

4. Ticket charges are exclusive of GST.

5. No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, are allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue, and no refund will be made.

6. Diamond Parks will not be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused to you in the park.

7. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in Pune's jurisdiction.

8. People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

9. Smoking is prohibited in all Park areas, except in designated smoking zones.

10. Outside Liquor/food & beverages are not allowed inside the park.

11. The Park reserves the right to click photographs, videotape, or record visitors for promotional purposes.

12. Visitors are welcome to take personal photographs or videos for non-commercial purposes, as long as it does not disrupt the experience of others.

14. For Regular Parks, kids with height up to 2.5 ft. - Free entry, Kids above 2.5 to 4 ft. of height - a child ticket, Kids above 4 ft. of height - an adult ticket

15. The menu in the lunch section will be set, and the alcoholic drinks will be served with adherence to the respective Govt. laws.

16. Outside colours are not allowed on the premises.
