What is include in the Entry Ticket Fee

    The entry ticket include the access to the all water activities and adventure activities.

    It include the parking at owner risks.


What is not include in the Entry Ticket Fee

    Costumes are compulsory to be use for all the activities.Costume must be nylon or lycra.Customer can bring their Nylon / lycra costume to use. Costume are available for sale.

    No costume on rental.

    Lockers which are not included in the entry ticket, can be availed at Rs100 rent and Rs.100 deposit for each bag.

    Food and beverages are not included

I am eager to know about timing of Water Rides? What is it?

All water rides are open from 10:00 am to 05:30 pm everyday

Do I get unlimited joy of water rides?

Yes, after purchasing a ticket for Water Park, our guests can avail unlimited water rides during the permitted time.

Is shower / bath mandatory before and after water rides?

With hygienic point of view and to balance the temperature level, it is advised to guests to take a shower or bath before enjoying any water ride.

May I enjoy the ride with any type of clothing?

Guests are required to have swim suit made up of Lycra Fabric and Nylon only. Considering convenience of guests, clothing is made available at our store for purchase.

What are the height, weight requirements and depth of water for the rides?

All slides have different height and weight restrictions. We recommend our guests to take a help from our Guest Relationship Team regarding restrictions.

Will there be any rides closed when I visit the park?

We take all efforts to keep the rides operational though in the event of maintenance, safety related issues or severe weather etc., we may need to keep slides non-operational. The attractions will get opened to ride as soon as the maintenance or weather conditions become normal.

What is included in my Water Park ticket?

Diamond Parks provides free 2 wheeler as well as 4 wheeler parking along with unlimited access to the water rides in a ticket. However, Food and clothing is available on for purchase and locker facility is available on rental basis.

Even if I am not going to enter the water, do I still need to pay?

Yes, guests will have to purchase a ticket, even if guests are not going to play any ride.

What are ticket refund and cancellation policies?

Ticket once purchased is non-refundable, non-replaceable and non-transferrable.

In case of emergency or any query, to whom should I communicate?

Our guests can communicate with Guest Relationship Team, for any query.

Outside is not allowed inside the park premises

Refund Policy

Except as expressly provided herein, all payments under this agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable and non-creditable in connection with all the services..


Cancellation Policy

Ticket Passes once sold on www.diamondparks.com or at ticket booking counter cannot be Cancelled/Transferred/Pre or Postponed.



Services and Payment

While utilizing any of the payment methods available on the Website, Diamond parks does not assume responsibility or liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damage that may arise directly or indirectly to the user due to:.


    Lack of authorization for any transaction.

    Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by the User and his "Bank", any payment issues arising out of the transaction, decline of transaction for any other reason/s.

    All payments made against the purchases / services on Website by the User shall only be accepted in Indian Rupees.

    While booking ticket, the user/buyer must provide supporting valid photo ID document to establish the ownership of the ticket as also identity of the person making the payment, if any, for safe online purchases to the users/buyer.



Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune.
