What includes in the entry ticket

The entry ticket include the access to the all water activities and adventure activities given that the terms and conditions are been followed by the users.

It include the parking at owner risks.

The music which is played in the park.

What is not include in the Entry Ticket Fee

Costumes are compulsory to be use for all the activities.Costume must be nylon or lycra.Customer can bring theie Nylon / lycra costume to use. Costume are available for sale.

No costume on rental.

Lockers which are not included in the entry ticket, can be availed at Rs100 rent and Rs.100 deposit for each bag.

Food and beverages are not included

The Offer is valid for students who has valid ID for current educational Year.

In Case the ID is not produced then the difference between actual prices will  be taken extra,

Locker bags:- Rs 100 deposit and Rs. 100 rent per bag.

Refund Policy

Except as expressly provided herein, all payments under this agreement will be irrevocable, non-refundable and non-creditable in connection with all the services..

Cancellation Policy

Ticket Passes once sold on www.diamondparks.com or at ticket booking counter cannot be Cancelled/Transferred/Pre or Postponed.

Services and Payment

While utilizing any of the payment methods available on the Website, Diamond parks does not assume responsibility or liability whatsoever, in respect of any loss or damage that may arise directly or indirectly to the user due to:.

Lack of authorization for any transaction.



Exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by the User and his "Bank", any payment issues arising out of the transaction, decline of transaction for any other reason/s.



All payments made against the purchases / services on Website by the User shall only be accepted in Indian Rupees.



While booking ticket, the user/buyer must provide supporting valid photo ID document to establish the ownership of the ticket as also identity of the person making the payment, if any, for safe online purchases to the users/buyer.

Applicable Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India and shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune.

Diamond Parks Disclaimer

1. Diamond Parks may without prior notice and without refund or compensation change the operating hours of the park or attractions; close the Park or any part of it temporarily; restrict the number of persons having access to the park; suspend or cancel any attraction or entertainment program due to capacity constraints, inclement weather or special events to ensure safety, security and order if we consider that the circumstances so require.
2. Diamond Parks reserves the right to refuse admission to a guest if in the reasonable opinion of the staff, the presence of the guest may pose a risk to the safety of other guests or affect the enjoyment of others within the facility or affect the normal operations of the DIAMOND WATER PARK facility.
3. Diamond Parks reserves the right to require a person already admitted to leave the facility without refund or compensation for failure to comply with any of the facility rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior and to ensure safety, security and order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.
4. Diamond Parks reserves the right to require a person in the outer premises (Parking Lot, Security Buffer Zone, Ticketing Area, or directly outside of the DIAMOND WATER PARK facility) to remove himself for failure to comply with any of the DIAMOND WATER PARK facility rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security and order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require. If person(s) do not relocate voluntary, DIAMOND WATER PARK will contact local authorities to have person(s) removed on grounds of trespassing or a threat to the security of DIAMOND WATER PARK operations.
5. Diamond Parks reserves the right to introduce differential pricing during both normal and peak days for different customer groups. This includes but is not limited to groups, schools, complimentary guests, special interest groups, special needs guests, elderly guests or special offers and discounts.
6. Diamond Parks reserves the right to refuse or deny any special discount offer. In any way or form in accordance with the terms and conditions that were posted when the special offer was posted.
7. Diamond Parks is not responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage to, loss of, disappearance of, theft of, or any other form of alteration, physical or otherwise to personal property of any guest, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise. The use of our facilities is at your own risk.
8. Diamond Parks not responsible and does not assume any liability for any damage to, death, or any other form of injury, physical, mental or otherwise of any guest, whether such damage or loss is caused by our negligence or otherwise. The use of our facilities is at your own risk.
9. Diamond Parks reserves the right to hold liable any guest who has caused any damage to, loss of, disappearance of, theft of, or any other form of alteration, physical or otherwise to DIAMOND WATER PARK property if such event is caused by guest due to gross negligence or non-compliance of the rules and regulations as set forth in this document.
